Welcome to the Leadership & Entrepreneurship Advancement Program (LEAP), proudly presented by The Dream Foundation! We believe in empowering individuals & MSME owners to reach their full potential as leaders and entrepreneurs. Led by Jermaine Sanwo-Olu, a certified member of the John Maxwell Team, our comprehensive program incorporates elements of the Maxwell Team Certified Program. It offers a transformative journey, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to excel in today's dynamic business landscape.
 

LEAP is a virtual Leadership & Entrepreneurship Advancement Program designed to empower individuals to reach their full potential as leaders and entrepreneurs. Featuring a 6-week training program held twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, totaling 12 engaging training sessions divided into 6 Leadership Sessions and 6 Entrepreneurship sessions. Week 7 is dedicated to assessments and award presentations.

As an added bonus, there is a LEAP award of N500,000 divided into N300,000 for the first place and N200,000 for the second place, bestowed upon the top two candidates with the most promising leadership and entrepreneurship ideas. This program's leadership sessions are taught from and aligned with the globally renowned John Maxwell Leadership Team curriculum, and they are accredited by the same. Participants will receive certificates upon completion from a John Maxwell Certified Trainer.
